Spacious and clean room with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Great location just a short walk away from major landmarks and public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. Plus, the hotel offered a complimentary bottle of wine upon our arrival which made our Christmas celebration even more special.

The air conditioning was not functioning properly which made it difficult to sleep during the warm nights. the noise from the street below was also quite loud, even with the balcony door closed.

The location was magnificant. The staff were helpful and the room was neat and tidy and well equiped.

Ned to have a book in each room outlining the hotel and things to do.

Great location that allowed me to easily access attractions and shopping. The laundry facilities were very convenient for my needs. The comfortable beds and fluffy towels provided a cozy environment for my stay.

Some aspects of the room did not meet expectations for the price paid. The room was noisy and not soundproof.

Looked around the city, saw Jersey Boys and did a day tript to Manly.

The room was too light. The window treatment did not keep out sunlight during the day or street light at night.The glass sliding door on the shower recess did not close.

The room is spacious. Which is a plus if you have a toddler.

The bed is king size. Two single bed joined together. However, the other bed feels already worn and so when you lie down, they are no longer aligned. The thermostat couldnot be turned on, complained it to reception but no one went to our room to check. It got really cold in the early am.

easy walk to darling harbour

a little bit old style. TV was old & remote did not work. parking was difficult.

The close proximity to Darling Harbour was great.

We were upgraded from studio to one bed apartment. The room was in bad need of renovation. Carpets and furniture were stained. Bathroom had seen better days. Nothing like the pictures when advertised.
